Nijinka is an experienced HR Generalist and Psychometrist with experience since 1995 in all areas of HR and Psychometrics in leading corporate organisations. Nijinka has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and an Honours degree in Psychology. She is a registered Psychometrist (Independent Practice) and Integral Life Coach.
